The subject of this song is completely trivial and universal: the laziness of getting out of bed on a rainy day. Who has never wanted to go back to sleep? To return to the city of dreams ? At the level of hidden symbolisms there is this need to escape obligations, from what would be "appropriate" to do in society. I sought to extract myself from other authorities such as those of parents, teachers, social conventions. The desire to become my own authority, to take a break and stop wanting to please by giving an image that I thought would be pleasant for others... Looking back, at that time I was a political science student. I think the idea of dropping everything to make music was already on my mind...
